"First class service from everyone"

About: Causeway Hospital / Accident & Emergency Northern Ireland Ambulance Service / First responder paramedic

(as a service user),

We attended Causeway ED today with our son.  From the moment we were booked on by Kerry and triaged by Diane, the care and attention we have received has been exceptional.  We were seen by the doctor, and bloods and full investigation done within the hour.

Everyone at the hospital has been excellent, including Kathryn, the patient tracker, who took time out of her day to check in on us and make sure we had everything we needed, and Andrew, a paramedic,  who offered us some excellent advice and support at an extremely stressful time.

Honestly, the whole ED team worked very well together to resolve our problem, and are a real credit to the hospital.  We got a quick diagnosis and sound advice prior to being allowed home.  First class service from everyone.
