"Pass the parcel with no help"

About: East Glade Centre

(as a service user),

No communication: say they will see me next week and I never hear from them again 

Poor crisis services: ring for help in a desperate situation and they just tell me all day duty will phone me. Out of hours also hand over to duty and it's pass the parcel with no help
