"My worst experience at this practice"

This problem started on 7/04/2025 where I called the GP at 8:00am at the queue for almost and hour when I'm t was my turn the receptionist told me they were fully booked and that you can call in us tomorrow around 8:00. My problem was serious and called due to can't sleep at night the pain in my joints around my Knee cap and also I'm bleeding from my private part (hemorrhoids).

So on 8/04/2025 at 8:00am I called again and the receptionist again told me they were fully booked and can't do anything for you and also this individual told me we don't understand and ended the call .

This was a shock for me and this made feel like no one is here to help with this serious situation.

Dear service,

I am sorry to hear about the challenges you've faced while trying to access care for what sounds like a very painful and distressing situation.

Given your feedback, I recommend reaching out directly to The Broadway Health Centre. This services does not fall under our Trust and I am unable to confirm their correct contact details. I would also recommend contacting your registered GP.

If you need any further assistant from our Trust (London North West) please contact our PALS team - http://https://www.lnwh.nhs.uk/pals/

Kind Regards,

Emma Calnan - Patient Experience Officer
