"So incredibly helpful"

Hi, I just wanted to highlight a lovely experience I had during telephone review with the surgery, today in particular I was greeted with warmth, understanding and reassurance during a discussion that I felt the clinician was really knowledgable about. I was a bit panicked following the result of my cervical screening and the discussion truly felt so incredibly helpful. I was also booked in quickly by someone at reception and just overall feel really lucky to be registered at your GP.
