About: Hospital at Home / Hospital at Home Team Falkirk

(as a relative),

The Forth Valley Hospital at Home service is an amazing service keeping old people in their own home.

My mother in law had fantastic care and attention without the stress of being admitted.

This service should be expanded - not only does it stop, already confused elderly, being admitted to hospital but it keeps them in their own security of their own home
