"Exceptional Staff at Stamford Lakeside Sugery"

Started to feel really ill in the morning, rang the surgery to ask for a telephone consultation and advised of my symptoms. They arranged a F2F appoint due to the nature of my symptoms. Luckily, the assessment discovered signs of sepsis.

The Dr rang Peterborough A&E and I was advised to attend for further treatment. Spent time in A&E, then moved into a ward where I was treated for sepsis. Following treatment I was released.

Exceptional service and care from the 2 x staff members who dealt with me on the day, they are a credit to the team.

This could have been a different story if they had not utilised their excellent knowledge of healthcare and referred me for treatment.
