"My daughter's treatment"

About: Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / Gynaecology

(as a parent/guardian),

I attended the  gynaecology triage department recently with my daughter . She attended due to feeling unwell with  gynaecological issues .

We were seen speedily by a lovely nurse called Jenny who was prompt in attending  and facilitating analgesia to her . 

Promptly and efficiently she was seen by a Dr Mathieson - Dr Mathieson was patient, empathetic and most importantly validated the  issues before him.

With actions, advice and a robust follow up plan my daughter felt well cared for, valued and treated respectfully .

This was crucial for her as it has been a very protracted journey .

Thanks so much, it means a lot .
