The team came to see me after I had been in hospital and I needed to be mobilised. They saw me at home and at a rest home nearby.
When they came, Janet and another staff member gave me various exercises to do, checked my walking and on their final visit checked how I managed outside with my rollator.
They have been brilliant because they've made me move and regain my confidence.
I am really pleased to have seen them.
