This is not our first visit to the childrens unit but this time the service & staff were exceptional!

The Doctors (Dan & Chukwadi i think) were great! They got bloods first time which took the stress away from my daughter and kept us upto date with everything!

Stacey the play worker was also brilliant and overall everyone made the stay much more manageable & i felt listened to!

Thank you so much for your time in sharing your positive experience of you and your daughter's stay us.

I am very happy to hear you received exceptional care from our staff colleagues and you were kept up to date and our colleagues listened to your needs and concerns. Good communication is such an essential aspect for good patient and family care which our staff colleagues always aim to provide - I am so glad you found this during your stay with us.

Procedures for children, young people and their families can be hugely worrisome and I am very pleased the blood investigations went smoothly for your daughter with help from our doctors, Dan and Chuckwudi and Stacey our play specialist. They are all fab and hugely valued by us all in the Children's Unit - I am very pleased you experienced their great care.

Be sure I will directly share with Drs Dan and Chukwudi and our play specialist Stacey - I know they will be delighted to hear about your feedback! I will also share with the wider Children's Unit.
