About: Sexual Health Services - Telford and Wrekin (Open Clinic)

Turned up 8 minutes late as there was no parking which was not stated in any messages! Parked far away, had to walk which took me time due to surgery’s so the pain is unreal. The staff were rude and unhelpful, waited ages for this appointment! No understanding at all was shown.

Thank you for your feedback. I am deeply sorry you have had this experience. Unfortunately, appointments are only 30 minutes long, in this time we must complete a consultation and a procedure. this is not a lot of time when you have a full clinic ahead of you. For that reason, any person attending more than ten minutes late we are unable to see. You were just over the 10 minutes, and I am sorry that we were unable to see you and if you want to contact me to discuss this further, please feel free to email me. Your comments will be relayed to the team, and this will help us to continue to improve our patient care in the procedure clinics. We share your frustration regarding parking at Bishton Court. As the building is shared with multiple services, the spaces are limited for staff use only. Unfortunately, this means we’re unable to accommodate for patient parking. We are currently looking for a new, more suitable location for the service as a priority so patients can have better access to the service.
