"Shocking practice "

As a patient I struggle to get through to the surgery amd when I did, on this occasion. I was met by a Gp saying that I could only talk about one issue. Despite me explaining that the kidney issues I ended up in A&E abut a week ago (the delay due to the e consult process) was likely due to my diabetes. And that the hospital had highlighted that I had high blood pressure. But he maintained that I should “pick one” to discuss and book another appointment “if I needed it”.

There was no discussion about my high blood sugar (ver 24) after I said that the high blood pressure was my biggest worry.I find it concerning that a GP could hear this and not discuss this.

Terrible service and lacking patient care from my perspective.
