It was wonderful to finally feel listened to, the assessor was amazing and really comfortable to talk to! The process was a lot easier than I thought it would be thanks to how nice and patient the assessor was, my needs and feelings felt like a priority and that rally put me at ease.

Hi I am Jo the Manager for the team. Firstly thank you for taking the time to complete the care opinion form regarding your feedback following your recent engagement with the team. It is always lovely to read such positive feedback, as the practitioners within the team do acknowledge that your patient journey can at times be very emotive and stressful due to the ongoing stressors patients experience regarding their symptoms.
