"No useful way to book an appointment"

I've tried booking a gp appointment several times but there are only 20-25 slots to book an appointment and this is only through a call, no ways to book it from a website which makes things worse, you have to be lucky to be seen as loads of people will call at 8:00 am. Please add ways to book appointments through website as other Gp practice offer we are in 2025 and this way of booking must be changed.

When you have blood tests they tell you to go downstairs straight away and get them done on the day, when you go downstairs instead it's not like that and the process is different you need to book them through website yourself, a lot of people keep waiting downstairs until they find it out.
