After initial difficulty with the new e consult appointment booking system, I managed to submit my request for an appointment. I was promptly telephoned within the hour and given an appointment with a doctor. The gp was very polite and thorough, I was then referred to DVH for further review of my symptoms. Considering the difficulties the NHS staff manage under, I was afforded a good service from both my gp surgery and the hospital today 10/04/2025.

The only comment for possible improvement would be the reception area within the go surgery where patients book in which has no privacy at all. Whilst sitting in waiting area all conversations can be heard which is rather unfortunate, apart from this I cannot fault my service experience provided by this surgery.
