"The kindness and care given was amazing"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Gynaecology (Ward 13)

(as the patient),

Well from start to finish what an exceptional service i was given from my consultation with Dr Rana first. She was so nice and explained everything to myself .

Then two amazing nurses fran and julie made me feel total at ease by talking and explaining everything as we went along and reassured me that i was in control at all times. The patient care i was given was 100 per cent and they don't get enough credit for the job they do also the aftercare was explained fully if anything was to happen, they just made the clinic a lot easier for me as i was anxious but couldn’t believe it when they said it was all over.

The kindness and care given was  amazing.

I am delighted to hear that you had an excellent consultation with Dr Rana and that this excellent level of care continued with Fran and Julie. It is so reassuring when the doctor gives clear explanations and nursing staff help you to feel in control during a procedure.
