"Implant removal"

I was originally booked it to have my implant removed by Dr Kundu. 

I arrived at the clinic and waited 20 minutes before I was informed by nurse Louise that there had been an emergency and the Dr wouldn’t be able to see me. I was annoyed by this as I had been waiting.

Louise offered for me to wait to be seen by her but I was unable to due to other commitments.

Louise booked me in to remove my implant on the Thursday. I think because she felt bad for me.

I arrived to have my implant removed and I felt no pain. Louise is a very kind nurse and spoke to me the whole time she was removing my implant. There should be more nurses like her
