My experience of the surgery is that it is very frustrating not being able to leave a review as AI keeps filtering out my comment as not specific enough to be included.
I tried to find the email address of the surgery on their website.
My experience was that the
Underwood surgery Website does not include email address of surgery.

We are sorry for your experiences with the AI when submitting your comment. This is due to the way the NHS website processes comments and we have no control over it. Regarding your comment about the email address, instead of providing an email address we have a contact form on the website:

The reason we do not have an email address for the surgery is because we need to have a consistent method for patients to contact us. By using the online form it means we can audit patient queries and ensure they are dealt with in a timely manner and will be dealt with by the appropriate member of staff.
