Can never get an appointment when you need one, when you get an appointment it’s months later when you more than likely no longer need the appointment for what you needed it for in the first place. When you arrive for the appointment you’re sat waiting longer than the appointment is. When you get into your appointment and discuss what’s needed you’re not listened to properly and get passed pillar to post.
