"Awful treatment"

I had a knee operation and needed to see the practice nurse 14 days after for the stitch removal, when I attended she said she thought they were disolving and to go back in a week if they were still there. I had to go back as they were very much still there. She removed them and the next day I realised there was still stitches to come out!!!! I am struggling to walk and find this repeated back and forth very very stressful. She doesnt seem to know what shes doing and even forgot her log in code so she couldn't access my documents....very poor!
