"A positive experience"

About: Public Health Nursing / School Nursing Service Trustwide

(as a parent/guardian),

Initially attended the appointment with my son due to him being such an anxious child. I honestly had no need to be worried as both the school nurse and her student made us both feel very welcome and spoke to my son in a very calming and respectful manner.

I don't anticipate any need to, but wouldn't hesitate to contact again if I had any issues to discuss.

Dear octoberpt99

My name is Elizabeth Whyte and I am a lead nurse in public health nursing.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share feedback regarding your son's P1 health appraisal with the school nurse. I am delighted to read this was a calm and positive experience for your child. I will ensure your story is shared with the school nursing team. I know they will be really pleased to receive this feedback.

Many thanks and best wishes,

Elizabeth
