"Highly professional, kind, caring and inclusive"

Recently attended Russells Hall Hospital Endoscopy Unit for an endoscopy procedure, and despite my anxiety regarding this I received such support and care from all of the staff on the unit I felt I must make my experience known to others.

The staff, from the receptionists to the booking in nurses, support nurses to the nurse practitioner were highly professional, kind, caring and inclusive. The procedure both before and after were explained in detail and with real empathy and thus made an uncomfortable event as stress free as it possibly could have been.

I am so very grateful for their care and would advise anyone who may need to attend to do so in the knowledge they are in the best possible hands.

Here in the UK we are lucky indeed to be able to access investigative procedures and any resulting treatment in such a timely manner.
