"I always know that I'll be well looked after"

Firstly, this is the second time I have written into care opinion and unfortunately it is for the same reason. Being a recovering heroin addict and sadly now, cocaine as well I had been brought in after collapsing in my local pharmacy with chest pain which turned out to be a bad infection which had moved into my lungs from my legs.

From the moment I come into hospital I always know that I'll be well looked after. After being moved into 54 I felt very relaxed and confident in all the staff members.

I must mention Dean however, staff nurse, who looked after me in ward 53 is always a pleasure to be treated by. Having another midline inserted meant more care involved to which all of the staff who were trained in this piece of equipment went above and beyond and I also met another lovely new little soul called Sonila who was just awesome, she smelled amazing as well!

So thank you all guys for taking such good care of this repeatedly silly patient!
