"Mothers rehab stay at Kello Hospital."

About: Kello Hospital

(as a relative),

After fracturing her hip, our mother (who has dementia) was transferred from Wishaw General Hospital to Kello Hospital in Biggar for rehabilitation. She was in Kello Hospital for approximately two months.

The level of care she received was exceptional. It was better than we could ever have imagined. She was treated with a high level of care, and was shown compassion and respect at all times by each member of staff who dealt with her. Sometimes they may have had to deal with some trying situations due to her dementia, but they were patient and always treated her with kindness.

We cannot thank the hospital enough. We are grateful to all nursing staff, care assistants and domestics. They all helped to make her stay easier and gave the family peace of mind.
