Have had many difficult experiences at previous practices ringing up for an appointment first thing in the morning. This was a calmer procedure of submitting a form and it was helpful being able to explain why I wanted the appointment and being able to state what outcome I wanted from the appointment. all staff I spoke to were friendly, the Dr was very good at listening to me.
