(as the patient),

I had two ingrown toenails, Stephanie, the doctor helped me by trying to get them out. she gave me 2 injections on my left and four injections on my right toe. she made sure not to use too much anaesthetic then she did the surgery.  She was very, very, very good at it, and it didn't hurt. she also explained everything very nicely and what she was going to do.

The only thing that could be improved is making the pictures in the waiting room less scary.

Dear RCat52,

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your visit to Podiatry. I am really pleased to hear that Stephanie was able to help you with your ingrown toenails. I am also pleased to hear it did not hurt and Stephanie explained everything nicely to you.

I am sorry to hear you thought the pictures were scary. To ensure this doesn't happen again to any other children attending Children's Podiatry we have removed the picture in the waiting room.

I hope your toes are feeling better and I have passed on your kind feedback to Stephanie.
