"Exemplary Care"

I had an endoscopy on the 10 April and when I arrived at the Centre by anxiety levels were exceedingly high as I suffer from Anxiety Disorder and Bipolar. From the Reception staff to the clinical staff; I received exemplary care, communication and compassion. They explained the procedure in plain English and understood my anxiety from the onset. In the Procedure Room the staff were calm, considerate and professional. The procedure took less than 15 minutes with very little discomfort or trauma. They were reassuring throughout which kept me calm and relaxed. In the Recovery Room the nurses were diligent and approachable with a friendly smile. The whole experience was impressive and professional unlike previous endoscopies I have had. Thank you to everyone who helped me through my anxiety, care and whole experience; I am wholeheartedly humbled and thankful. 10/10 for Eccleshill Treatment Centre!
