"Great treatment"

This is my second review in the last few days. First was response to my e mail - this is in response to Annual review with the Practice Nurse - I know her name but not allowed to enter on the review The treatment at this practice goes over and above what is required. it was clear and precise, informative regarding treatment and change of medication, what the blood test is used for etc. So to send a thank you this way shows appreciation for what I would imagine for all the staff there isnt always an easy day. As a patient at this practice I can only add I am extremely thankful for all the staff - I was messaged after I left re Scan results not received and gave me advise to contact in another 2 weeks or so, patients questions are obviously listened to
