"Extremely Frustrating "

I have been calling every single morning at 8:00 am for over a week, as instructed by the staff, in an attempt to book a same-day appointment. Every day, I am told the same thing: “no appointments available, please call again tomorrow at 8.” This process has become a frustrating and seemingly endless loop.

My lab results are severely deranged, and I clearly communicated the urgency of my condition. Still, there has been no consideration, no escalation, and no alternative offered. It feels virtually impossible to get seen, no matter how early I call or how serious the medical issue is. The system in place appears entirely dysfunctional and unaccommodating, especially for patients with pressing health concerns
