"Nurse practioner very thorough "

I went for a double appointment yesterday and I saw a lovely nurse who's one of the nurse practitioners. The nurse apologised for running abit late, but that didn't bother me as I still was able to have the allocated double appt as I had a few things to discuss. One of the nurse practitioners checked me out very thoroughly and was very understanding and empathic. I've been with this practice for approx 5 years and I can honestly say that it's much improved especially over the last 2 years. All the gps, nurses, receptionists are helpful, understanding and listen. Most of the time, (if you ring up early enough) you can get an appointment. Woodland Drive Surgery is a modern, fresh, roomy and well organised practice and to be honest, it isn't very often the GP, or nurses are running behind time and nobody is perfect, sometimes these things can't be helped. What I also like about this GPs is that it is local and it has a handy pharmacy next door to the practice. The staff and pharmacist are all lovely too. 😍
