We went to see an out of hours doctor who was quite cold and rude but then we were redirected to the Caroline Thorpe ward where the staff especially nurse Sally were exceptional. They were caring attentive and most Importantly fantastic with my daughter. They gave her medicine and helped us get fluid into her which was a huge relief couldn't be more greatful or thankful.
