"Handled it so well"

I had came down from another ward with a bad experience with a cannula, I realised that it was not in the vein and my arm was swollen like a rock and very sore. I panicked and went straight to the front desk and asked for a nurse or any other medical professional. The man at the desk informed the radiographer.

A few moments later a lady by the name “Larlagh” came with the most lovely calm energy, she was so considerate and kind. There are hundreds of lovely words I could use to describe the experience I had with her, however, I don’t think they would be enough. This may sound dramatic but in the moment I was in a complete state of panic and she just handled it so well. She is an asset to your team. She removed the cannula and reassured me, she grabbed another member of the team “Mairead” who was also absolutely amazing. She kindly reinserted a new cannula with the best technique.
