(as a parent/guardian),

We had a brilliant experience when an ambulance took our newborn to hospital with difficulty breathing.  We were moved from a&e up to Noah's Ark and all of the staff were amazing - so lovely, helpful and kind and made it all that much easier.  Huge thanks.
