I cannot express enough gratitude to the incredible team at Ward 206, Royal Edinburgh Hospital. From the moment my mum was admitted following her successful transplant operation, the level of care, compassion, and professionalism shown by every single member of staff has been nothing short of extraordinary.

The nurses, doctors, and support staff have been attentive, kind, and consistently reassuring, treating my mum with such warmth and respect that we immediately felt she was in the best possible hands. They took the time to explain every step of the recovery process with patience and empathy, making sure we were informed, comfortable, and never left with unanswered questions.

What truly stood out was their genuine dedication and compassion—every interaction was filled with positivity and encouragement, and it was clear that they deeply care about the wellbeing of their patients. Their calm and nurturing presence brought so much comfort not only to my mum but to our whole family during a time that could have otherwise been very stressful.
