"Fantastic practic"

I have a new dr at the surgery whom I see on a regular basis. This dr took over my care after my dr retired. This dr is getting to know me and how best to address my issues. I suffer and live with very poor mental health and a GAD. Without this dr I’d most probably have ended up in hospital. I took it very hard when my dr retired. But this new dr has really took his time to know best how to help me. Sometimes all I need is a reassurance that iam ok. I struggle with trusting people. I now feel I am beginning to trust this new dr to the surgery.

I feel very lucky to be part of an amazing surgery.

The receptionists work very hard as a team. They’re thorougher in their role. Very kind caring and polite with a friendly face. All nurses as well . In fact I couldn’t fault anyone at this surgery. So well done everyone here’s a huge thank you.
