About: Specialist Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Services / Early Intervention Dementia Service

(as the patient),

My son and my daughter said to me that I should get checked out so I did. I went to the Princess of Wales Hospital in Bromsgrove and they checked me out then about two weeks after, Kelly from the Dementia service came and checked me out at my home and asked me different questions then went. Then after another two weeks Kelly came back to my house and watched me cook fish and chips and she was happy that I could do cooking. Then I went back to the Dementia hospital in Bromsgrove and they had a chat with me and said I was ok and I had a letter from them that said I could still drive my car. I am pleased I went there to get checked out and my son and daughter were also very pleased that I did a check for Dementia.
