Paul came to visit me for equipment and exercise and the familiarisation keeping safe around my home as I still use my workshop and garden/greenhouse.
He ordered some grab handles for the back door and placing a support table by the back door for placing washing,watering can giving me hands free.
Also I understand the exercises and the order to do them. These have improved my balance and mobility. Also he supplied some cream and advice for my dry legs. The dry skin has cleared up which is very good and helpful.
Paul was open and very helpful.
