I have had a very difficult experience over the past month trying to get a repeat prescription through this GP practice. Despite requesting my medication several times, I still haven’t received it. This has had a real impact on my health, especially as an older patient who relies on this medication daily.
On one occasion, I tried to speak with the practice manager about the delay, but I was told they weren’t available. I followed up a few times, but never received a response. Each time I called, I spoke with different reception staff who were unable to give me clear information or help move things forward. I felt they didn’t understand how urgent the situation was.
This experience has left me feeling unsupported and quite stressed. I am sharing this in the hope that the practice can improve communication and responsiveness, especially for vulnerable patients.
