"Amazing practice"

Upper Norwood GP provides excellent services and care. When friends and family tell me about the troubles they have getting appointments etc I am astonished because my GP practice is the complete opposite. Getting appointments is easy. Repeat prescriptions are swift - I had realised yesterday I only had two days left of a medicine and requested a repeat prescription using the NHS app and the prescription was with my local chemist by this afternoon. Whenever I have needed to see a nurse or doctor, the care itself is outstanding and has been the entire 15 years I’ve been a patient here. I love my GP practice and I am incredibly grateful for everything they have done to run the practice so efficiently and provide the highest quality care.
