The Physiologist we met in the cardiology department was called Paul.  From the get go he put me & my daughter at ease using both humour & sarcasm to diffuse concerns. Paul was so professional & obviously very knowledgable & experienced in his field & his empathy was very much appreciated. Paul will undoubtedly be a great asset to both his patients & colleagues.
