"We were triaged and assessed promptly"

About: Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick children / Emergency Department

(as a parent/guardian),

We brought our 3 year old who had injured her hand, and were very impressed with the quality of care.  Although it looked really busy, we were triaged and assessed promptly, and didn’t feel rushed at all.   The staff all introduced themselves by name and made my daughter feel safe and comfortable.  We were treated by NP Judith who was warm and reassuring.  The triage nurse and radiographer were great too.
