"They were very caring"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Early Pregnancy Assessment Service

(as a service user),

What can I say? The Ladies who staff this unit are amazing. I was looked after by Heather snd Melissa, they were very caring and both went above and beyond to help me, I will be forever grateful to them.

Outwith that some feedback in general. I was in the single room and you can hear lots...one member of staff shouting loud at the others, wasn't very professional and I was embarrassed for the rest of the staff.

Dear JennyGt,

Thank you for sharing your experience of University Hospital Wishaw, EPAS.

I am so pleased to hear that Melissa and Heather were compassionate and supportive to you. I can imagine this was very reassuring during what was I am sure a worrying time for you.

I will ensure you kind words are passed on to Heather and Melissa who will get a real boost in hearing it. I will also ensure your feedback regarding the staff member shouting is shared with the team and some reflection is done that this is not appropriate behaviour.

I hope you are keeping well.

Best Wishes,

Jenni
