I had an antenatal appointment at the West Maternity Care Centre late in my third trimester pregnant with my second baby. I received excellent care from the Glasgow Homebirth team throughout both my pregnancies and received wonderful care from Student Midwife Freya working with them on her placement. She treated me with great dignity and respect, was attentive and a great listener. She showed excellent clinical skills and made me feel really well cared for. I appreciated her professional and gentle manner and know she will make a phenomenal midwife.
