About: Dr Gray's Hospital / Cardiology (Heart Conditions)

(as a service user),

Had an outpatient appointment at cardiology op DGH. I was directed to the right place, hadn't even sat down in the very comfortable looking chairs when I was called in before my appointment time.

The nurse was so lovely and kind. She explained everything completely about what she was doing and why. I was told what to do if things went wrong at home and what to do upon my return. She really looked after me and you could tell that she actually cared.

We also discussed the young stroke nurse Fiona who we both agreed was a lovely young woman and a credit to her profession.

All in all I have had a wonderful experience at what could have been a worrying time.
