"Mums and tots group"

About: Public Health Nursing / Health Visiting Service

(as a service user),

I have recently attended the mums and tots group which is held in Moneynick primary school. It has been arranged with the school and health visitors within the area. I have attended with my 5 month old baby nearly every week. I have really enjoyed these sessions as it allows me to interact with other mums and a chance to seek advice from the health visitors if required. Sharon, Roslyn and Aoife are very friendly and helpful if you have any questions/queries that need answered. Their healthcare support worker recently showed us all how to give the babies different massages which was very good. All of the staff at the classes have been great and I really would love if they could continue the classes.

Dear Amy white

My name is Elizabeth Whyte and I am a Lead nurse in Public health nursing.

Thank you for getting in touch to share your experience of attending the Mums and tots, baby and me group facilitated by Sharon, Roslyn and Aoife alongside the school.

It is wonderful to read that these sessions were enjoyable for you and your little one, informative and a great space for meeting other parents for a chat. It is also lovely to read your feedback that you valued the baby massage session provided by the child health assistant.

I will ensure your welcomed comments are shared with Sharon, Roslyn, Aoife and the health visiting team, they will be delighted to receive.

Thank you again and best wishes,

Elizabeth
