Since joining the practice, I have been impressed by the levels of customer service from receptionists, nurses, phlebotomists and doctors. Blood tests revealed an under active thyroid which was dealt with quickly and efficiently and more recently the care package around a suspected DVT (now confirmed) was exemplary. Thank you all.
