About: Outpatients Department / Oral Maxillo Facial Surgery Department (OMFS)

(as a service user),

I had a biopsy procedure on my tongue in clinic 7. I was a bit nervous beforehand but the receptionist was really helpful and friendly. The volunteer gentleman helped me check in was so welcoming and polite. Then during my treatment Mr Ketabchi and his team put me at ease and completed my procedure quickly and efficiently.

I have nothing but admiration for the dedication and professionalism of all the staff who helped with my treatment.
