Had an orthopaedic day surgical procedure at Cannock Chase Holly bank ward and was delighted with the experience!
Superbly professional and extremely friendly staff right the way through from domestics to nurses to doctors.
The ward was clean & welcoming.
Parking was just across the road and was easy.
This unit should pride itself on being an excellent example of how to run an efficient yet friendly procedure based elective unit exemplifying the great philosophy of the NHS. Well done!
