(as a service user),

Sam the charge nurse has an amazing personality and bedside manner which helped me to explain precisely and quickly what the issue was relating to my health and diagnosis.  It was clear he was a good motivator for the team around him.  Jonathan the doctor was quick to diagnosis the issue and Cara got the canula in without any issues.  A huge thank you to all the staff from Admin to porters, they are all amazing.

I am delighted to hear that Sam, Jonathan and Cara gave you such excellent care when you had to attend hospital. It must have been very reassuring for you that your canula could be inserted easily and that your diagnosis was quickly done so treatment could start.
