About: The Portmill Surgery

I visited the practice in March this year I had an unpleasant experience I talked to the practiced didn’t hear a response . I have now made the decision to move practices as I have lost my faith in Portmill surgery I have been with them for 16 years disappointing that’s this made me leave the surgery but I need a surgery that I can trust 100% and unfortunately Portmill hasn’t given me that .

I am so sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience and did not get a response from the practice when you raised concerns. We do our best to investigate and respond to all issues raised by our patients. I should be very grateful if you would contact the practice directly so that we can understand what happened, address your concerns and ensure that no-one else loses faith in Portmill Surgery.

I hope that over the previous 16 years we were able to provide you with good healthcare and wish you well at your new practice.
