Practice has seriously gone down hill. Was a brilliant surgery when it was Tawstock but since changing to Aerial Healthcare it is impossible to get an appointment. Cant get through on the phone especially if you work as won't be able to stay in the queue for so long. Always being told to fill out an online form even for elderly patients who don't have internet. If you want to see the same doctor twice forget it as you won't get an appointment. Medication reviews are non existent now. What was once a great surgery is sadly no longer and I would advise anyone to avoid them.
